I’ve never used a Virtual Assistant before, is it a professional service? Of course! We are fully insured, ICO registered, plus a formal legal contract including clear Terms and Conditions is signed on behalf of both parties prior to any commencement of service.
How is time tracked? We use software to track exactly how much time we spend on each task/project. These reports are available at any time, but we can also provide weekly updates. If a task takes less time than projected, you are only charged to the nearest 15 minutes accordingly.
How do Retainers work? Once we have agreed on a set number of hours per month, we’ll also agree on a start and completion date for that month. 10% of any unused hours can be rolled over to the second month once only.
